Ex- alert!

Well a lot can happen in one day. I feel better and things are going better.  It’s amazing how you can be at a low and then speak to a friend and they make you feel better or they help you see things differently.

That my good man is a great friend!

As I wrote before I joined Planet Fitness, which has been great.  I have only been the last two days but my sleeping patterns have been wonderful.

At the gym you see others that you haven’t see in a while and that was the case yesterday.  I walk in and start eyeing the treadmills.  I see to my right two open and to my left one was open, so I start making my way to the right when I see…him…the guy I used to date.  Oh God…help me!  I immediately make a u-turn and head to the other side of the gym to the one and only open treadmill.  I get my ear buds on a quickly as possible so that if he does approach me I can act like I can’t hear or see him.  I start the treadmill and act as if I am watching the TV’s while I have my ear buds in my phone and not the treadmill. Because you can only hear the TV’s when you are plugged into the actual treadmill.  That didn’t matter I needed a distraction. So I finally decide to look around and see if he is still there but I do not see him anywhere. I knew he was still there because I was really watching the front door so that I could definitely tell when he left. Oh the joy and job of keeping a look out for your ex is tiring….lol

Well, I walk on the treadmill for about forty minutes and then decided to go to the thirty minute workout express…you know the one on the Biggest Looser.  It is really great! Anyway, I walk over and then see him walk past me to get water…geeezze la fucking weezzz! I thought I had missed him but no here he is…drinking water from the fountain. Where is his water bottle like every other person in here? I did forget mine too…lol

Long story short…I know I saw him and I know he saw me but neither one of us said anything.  Weird…I know but I am sure I will run into him again and maybe I will have enough courage to say hello…I doubt it.
