Well, as you know…well some of you know, I joined Planet Fitness. I love the gym. It has tanning beds, massage tables and a lot of exercise equipment. It really does have something for everybody. More people should look into this gym. Someone finally got it right!
So my workout routine is pretty simply and I like that I do not have to wait on a machine to open up so that I can finish my routine! so nice..very nice!
I do run into a guy a dated years and years ago…which is very weird! I don’t say anything to him and he does not say anything to me! Which is just weird too! I kinda feel bad because he did ask me to marry him…twice! And twice I said NO…I was not ready to be married and he totally was. He is married now and I think has grown kids so I’m gonna say he found someone that was ready. I am glad that I did not marry him because he did not age well…sorry! He always looked like his dad but then also aged like his dad. I guess we all will.
So I am looking forward to working out again today and I really hope this continues because I got my mind right for it and my heart is in it!
