Finding peace with a piece of my mind!

Finding balance in your day to day life is almost impossible!

I wake up, get ready, which might and might not include a shower, drive to work, work, drive home, occasionally run an errand before getting home, do the dishes, take the dog out to pee and sometimes poo, feed him, change clothes, drive to workout, workout, drive home, maybe stop at the grocery store to get food to cook, cook food, eat food, watch Netflix, take dog out, change clothes, go to bed!  I am exhausted just thinking that I did all of this!   I mean I do lead a really boring life but I can pack in some things to do in that time…lol

I would say the above routine is Monday through Friday.  I do go to the gym on Saturdays….were the approximate age is 70 and above.  I do enjoy not waiting on a machine and have all the machines available…lol. I did see a couple, who by all accounts needs to be in the gym, walk to the massage tables and then leave.  Do they really think that is helping with the weight? I was really confused by this.  Gym watching can be fun for everyone!!!

So the peace of mind thing comes from listening to some meditation videos I listen to while on the journey to work.  I like listening to them and find that my mind is a lot clearer and I actually feel better about myself after listening to them.  I want to tell my other girlfriends about it but they would just laugh at me!  If they can’t touch it with their hands they do not feel as if its real.  I, on the other hand, feel spirituality and sense it sometimes on a daily basis.  I can feel someones energy, anger and weirdness.  Not on a level where I am a psy-chic but sensual feeling.  I believe we all have it, we just need to tap into it.

I watched the Netflix documentary on this guru from India…Wild Wild Country is a six-part documentary series about the Rajneeshee cult led by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, a spiritual teacher and guru.  WOW, I thought…I really like him and what he stands for. Love, life and peace.  Boy was I wrong!!  I was only a freshman in high school when everything crashed for him but it was a interesting true story of what started out good but ended badly!

Peace out!
