I, myself, love make-up and everything that covers skin care because I feel as if the skin care is also really make-up…in a round-about-way.
Taking care of your skin is the very first thing you need to do. You need to start early but telling that to a teenager is like talking to a balloon. They really don’t want to put in the work. They want it but doing it in the morning or at night…no way!
I found Mary Kay when I was 16 years old. I went to a party, like everyone else and thought, OMG…I love this! I use moisturizer and the foundation for about ten to fifteen years, and let me tell you, it wasn’t easy. Mary Kay sales people come and go like a fart in the wind. I get it, you aren’t selling like you use to or you simply can’t keep up with how much you need to pay into the company to keep afloat! However, now it is much easier to find a consultant than it use to be. You can simply get on the wonderful web and put in where you live and a million ladies show up.
Well, I didn’t start today’s blog thinking of Mary Kay but it somehow turned into her. LOL
Anyway, as we age and sit our buns in the sun to get the perfect tan or just some color on our face, we need to remember this face will look completely different in 50 years. So, take care of it. Go to a makeup party, go talk to someone a Sephora, but make it a routine and keep it up or your face will look like your butthole…no joke!!!
Peace Out!
