Nothing is better than just letting that shit out! Just find a friend, husband, wife, cousin, anyone who will just listen and let you get it out of your system. Say exactly what you are feeling, whether or not you think you are right or wrong.
The process will make you feel better. The process of saying it out loud and knowing you are right will make you at least feel better. Then your co-part can tell you if they think you are right or wrong…lol
It will relieve some stress you are feeling about what you are going through. Trust me…I’m human!
