I just watched the new movie with Jennifer Aniston called “Dumplin”. Good movie, although Jennifer Aniston isn’t my favorite actress, she has been in some great movies. Anywho…the new movie is good. I cried a lot! However, the movie has Dolly Pardon songs throughout the movie, posters on the walls, drag queens who look like Dolly and so on.
My beef is ….where is Dolly? Why was she not asked to make an appearance? It just seemed to lack that moment. I kept expecting to see her make some sort of cameo appearance to make the movie awesome.
Did they not ask her? was she busy? I believe it would have been a lot better movie, although it was good, if she would have just poked her head in.
Don’t we all love Dolly?
