Buy or rent?

This is the million dollar question.

I used to own a home which was recently sold and I made some money. I rent now and have been for about two years. I want to buy something again but….

People do not update their homes and if they do they do it half-ass.

Then you have the total opposite of people updating their homes and think its worth so much more.

I just want something simple and some what updated. You would think I would find that but noooooo

So my search goes on and on and on and on.

Funny thing is now I can look at the location and say yes or no. When before I had to make a drive by.
