Where you been boo?

Where the hell have I been? I know….

I have missed myself too. Been busy living my best life. Yes, indeed. I have been. It has caused me to reflect on every aspect of my life. Marriage, children, where I live, how I live, my friends, my health, my EVERYTHING!

I am now in a good space. I might not know where I am going right now but I know it is a better place and space than I was in.

I share so much on here and no one even knows and I completely love it. I can say and do as I wish. I can tell myself the things no one will say or do. I can be most most healthy, selfish self. I can be me and more of me.

I like this new place and new me. I have been searching for myself and the journey it took to get me here was long and hard sometimes but by keeping my mind straight has made me happy and willing to be the new me.

So I will leave you with this…..be yourself, be good, be kind, be.

Good Deeds – we need more media coverage

It is so heart-warming to see a story or a video of someone doing a good deed.

We need to see more of this.  Especially now with the way the world is turning and burning!

Wouldn’t it be nice to wake up to news of people doing good for and with others? Just story after story.  Nothing bad, no coverage of anything that is not positive!

Can you imagine? How would you feel for the rest of the day? Positive, maybe even commit a few good deeds yourself.  Maybe it would make you have a different outlook on your life and the lives of others.

Good Deeds are not reported because the media and social media think we need salacious news.  Something to get you to watch.

Maybe we need to start a newspaper, social media, news feed, reddit, something that is only positive, uplifting, good, great and awesome coverage of people who want to do good and want life to be happy.

Peace Out!

Why don’t we have compassion?

So on the internet this morning, seeing a lot of videos of people just being disrespectful to each other, getting into physical altercations, yelling, and other really disturbing things.

It’s so sad, it makes me think, why?  Why is it necessary to voice your prejudice behavior? Why do you think you are better than ANYONE?

We are not better than anyone else in this world.  We put our pants on just like everyone else.  Some might put them on in a high rise condo, some might put them on in a homeless shelter but we all do it the same way.

Sure, we all get upset by something that was said or done but if we take a moment and just say, “hey, I am not going to engage and make this bigger”, then maybe we can make a small difference.  Small difference can turn into bigger things, bigger things can turn into change, change can make us all reflect.

People come into our lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime.  Make it count, make it a positive change and you will make yourself a better person.

Music can make a difference

I myself am a lover of all types of music.  I can listen to classical, rock, pop, hip-hop, country, jazz, techno, and Rhythm and Blues.  I think everyone should listen to something different every day.

I mean, we all have our own type of music we listen to daily but to change it up means to think differently.  To think of the world in a separate and apart way than we normally do.

Music can make you cry, dance, sing, remember, smile, and laugh!  It can bring back a memory of a good or bad time.

Music is always great to play during sex…if your into that type of thing:)

So let your inner music flow-n-show!

Peace Out!

Is justices ever really served?

Is justices ever really served?

Does a trial make it better or bring out the things you never really wanted to hear or see?

Does the verdict make it feel better?

Does the time they receive make a difference?

I am not sure any of these things will bring back what was lost or if they will  make a difference for the future.

We must all look at ourselves and ask the hard questions. Face our real selves and discovery the ugly, bad and good.

We will all have work to do and it will take time so, do the work it will help you and others in the process.

Peace Out!
