You ever watch a show or a movie over and over? I do now all the time.

Watch an older movie…like 1997

Watch a series over and over. I can’t stop watching The Crown or Downton Abbey. I have seen them both at lease five times but it always something good for background noise.

I think I notice something different every time. I see and hear them differently.

Now you can basically download anything you watch to watch. New movies that are at the theater. Oh, I wish I could go to see a theater production. I miss that now that I live in a smaller town.

Oh well, off to watch Bloodline for the third time.

It amazing me that we can experience all of these emotions and all in one day.

It feels good to know that we can truly accept these things and move on or make changes.

To feel these emotions lets you know you are alive and experiencing things in life.

So next time you aren’t happy or things aren’t going your way just know that tomorrow brings another day and if you can make it to that day you will see and feel change.

I am not sure why I was excited for work today. Maybe because I only work three days a week. Well, that isn’t entirely true. I work as a dog sitter sometimes too so there are maybe four days a week I truly work.

I choose this life, I choose when I work, I choose when I dog sit. I choose!

This is something new I do and I love it.

It is said that when someone dies there is a birth somewhere else. Can this be true? Does it make the death any easier? Does it make the birth any happier?

I guess you can think of it that way and maybe bring peace to someones life. Maybe make them think of the death in a different way?

Why am I thinking of this?

I usually try and write about what is going on in the moment but now by my mind is deep and long. My mind keeps me going and going deep one moment is what makes it worth the write up….right?

Love and loss is a beautiful thing….

Two cups in the morning and no more because of heartburn. One in the afternoon will help but no more.

Need more energy so I get 5-hour energy. Taste isn’t bad but what is it really doing?

Pills are not an option because you never know what they do.

Illegal drugs are not an option because you know what they do and they only do it for so long.

So, be normal and let your high be you!
